CES 8th grade graduates and high school students living in the town of Clementon may attend high school at Overbrook High School located in the Pine Hill School District. For more information about OHS, please visit their website and/or view their orientation video below:

IS YOUR HIGH SCHOOLER NEW to Clementon?

If you are new to the town of Clementon or moving back into town, and you would like to enroll your high school student at Overbrook High School (or Camden County Technical School), you must first obtain a residency certificate from Clementon School District. Please follow the steps below. If you would like to speak to someone in Spanish regarding this process, please reach out to Joel Gonzalez at 856-783-2300 x1040.

STEP ONE: SUBMIT Clementon proof of residency

1. Download and complete the following form to submit with items #2-7:

High School Residency Verification Form

2. Proof of Residency - You must submit one of the following (applicable to your living situation):

- Agreement of Sale, Deed, or Tax Bill - Required if you own your home, OR

- Current Lease or Signed Lease Agreement/Lease Renewal - Required if you rent. The lease must show the following details: tenant name(s), occupant name(s), current term with start/end date, and the signature page showing the lease has been fully executed, OR

- If living with a Clementon Resident - Submit one or both of the following:
  - Notarized Affidavit of Residency - Required if your name is not on the lease or deed. DOWNLOAD FORM HERE IF APPLICABLE: ENGLISH / SPANISH

- - Notarized Sworn Statement of Landlord - Required if you live with a Clementon resident who does not own the home. DOWNLOAD FORM HERE IF APPLICABLE: ENGLISH / SPANISH

3. Two (2) Current Parent/Guardian Bills - Both bills must show a current date as well as the parent/guardian's name and Clementon address. Envelopes are NOT accepted.

- Acceptable bills: Utility Bill, Credit Card Bill, Cell Phone Bill, Bank Statement, Paycheck Stub
  - If you do not yet have two current bills due to a recent move, you may submit an extension request. DOWNLOAD 30-DAY BILL EXTENSION REQUEST FORM (if needed): ENGLISH / SPANISH

4. Parent/Guardian License or Photo ID - (ID should show current address)

5. Child's Birth Certificate

6. Individual Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan - (if applicable)

7. Custody Papers - (if applicable)

STEP TWO: complete high school registration

After you have submitted the required paperwork and your Clementon residency has been verified by our district, a Residency Certification will be forwarded to Pine Hill School District. You must then complete Overbrook High School's online registration process at www.pinehillschools.org. If you have questions about the Overbrook/Pine Hill registration process, please contact the Pine Hill Registrar directly:
