Whether you're registering a new student or you need to provided updated residency documentation for our annual residency verification process, the following documentation is required for all students and must be updated each year (all blank forms you may need are listed below this list):
REQUIRED RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS:
Agreement of Sale, Deed, or Tax Bill; OR
Current Lease/Lease Renewal; OR
Notarized Affidavit of Residency - (If living with Clementon resident - remember to submit the required documents from the person you are living with as listed on the affidavit) AND Notarized Sworn Statement of Landlord - (If living with Clementon resident who doesn't own the home)
AND
Two Parent/Guardian Bills - Must be a full copy of the page showing recent date, your name, and Clementon address (no envelopes or partial copies accepted); OR
30-Day Bill Extension Request - (if you just moved and haven't received bills yet)
AND
Parent/Guardian Photo ID

This form must be used if you have recently moved and have not yet received two bills showing your new Clementon address. If you are not the owner of the home you will be asked to submit two current bills each year along with an updated lease or affidavit.
If you are new to Clementon and you have a high schooler, you must obtain a certificate of residency from our District Office to register your child at Overbrook High School in Pine Hill. Please complete and return this form along with the required documentation listed under our High School Registration tab.
